Time Wealth Audit
Find where your team’s hours go
For owner-led service firms of 15 to 200 people whose systems grew faster than their processes.
Anyone can build automation now. The hard part is knowing what to build, the right tool for the job, and what to leave alone. I map how work actually moves through your business, interview the people doing it, and put a number on where the hours and dollars go.
Two weeks. $4,500. Fixed.
The call is free. The audit is the paid part. We'll talk through where your hours go and whether the audit fits.

The cost of waiting
Two people losing 5 hours a week to manual data entry is a quarter of a full-time salary, every year. The audit tells you exactly where your version of that number is hiding, and what it takes to get it back.
Two weeks from now, you’d have the number.
What you’ll know in two weeks
What is eating your time?
Which single fix is worth the most?
Where does AI fit in your business strategy?
How many hours a week can you get back?
Every answer comes with hours and dollars attached.

EXAMPLE FINDING
Numbers are illustrative.
Every proposal gets built from scratch
What I found: The owner writes each proposal from a blank page, usually at night. Past winning proposals, pricing logic and scope language live in old files and in the owner's head. Quotes go out days after the call.
Cost: About 14 hours a week on 20 proposals a month, at 3 hours each. That's roughly 720 hours a year, or about $72,000 at a $100 loaded hourly rate. Slow turnaround also loses deals, and that isn't in the number.
Fix: Load past winning proposals, pricing rules and scope templates into one Claude Project, with an intake form that drafts a first version in under 15 minutes.
Effort: About 2 weeks to build, including three worked examples and a one-page SOP.
Call: Build. Rank 1 of 9.
Also in the report: the monthly pricing sheet update. About 1 hour a month. Leave it alone for now.

THE GUARANTEE
If the hours I find are worth less than the audit fee over the next year, you don't pay.
That’s $4,500 on the line. I can offer it because the hours are usually there. Two people losing 5 hours a week to re-entry adds up to a quarter of a full-time salary.
We value the hours at your own loaded hourly rate, agreed on the kickoff call.
The findings are yours whether or not we work together. Hand the plan to any developer or partner.
The call is free. The audit is the paid part.
ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Jonathan
I've spent 20 years in technology. Half of it building solutions, half building companies. I've been the developer, the project manager and the consultant. I've carried a sales quota, led teams, and run my own business. Most of it was in the Salesforce ecosystem, where I'm still a certified architect.
I don't resell software, so I have no reason to push you toward any specific solution. I meet you where you are with the tools you have.
And you get me on every call.
Common questions
-
If the hours I find are worth less than the $4,500 fee over the next year, you don't pay. That's the guarantee. The audit also tells you what to leave alone, which keeps you from spending money on the wrong fix.
-
Then the audit puts a dollar figure on it and ranks it against everything else. That's what gets a fix approved.
-
Big firms sell you a principal and staff a junior. You get me on every call, with 20 years of experience, at boutique pricing.
-
About 4 hours of interviews across your team. Everything else happens on my end.
-
You have a plan you can run with anyone. If you want me to build the top item, the proposal is already in the package. If you want ongoing help, I also offer a monthly fractional architect retainer.
-
The audit is diagnosis only, so I don't build, configure or train anything in those two weeks. If you want me to build afterward, we scope it as a separate fixed-price project. If you'd rather use another developer or partner, the plan is written so they can pick it up.
-
No. I work inside the tools you already use. I don't resell software, so I have no reason to steer you toward one.
Two weeks from now, you'd have the number.
Where your hours go, what each one costs, and what to fix first.
