Implementation
For when you know what needs building and want it done right.
You've got a process that's slow, repetitive or broken. I build the fix and hand it over working, documented and trained.
Who it's for
You can already name the problem. Proposals take 3 hours each and get written at night. New leads sit until the next morning. Someone retypes every estimate into the job system. Reports are not complete because data sits in 3 different places.
Or you've done an audit, with me or someone else, and you have a plan ready to build.
What I build
A few of the real world projects I see most.
Proposals and quotes
Your past winning proposals, pricing logic and scope templates loaded into Claude. Intake form to first draft in under 15 minutes.
Before every client call, a 1-page brief pulled from the CRM, email and past notes. Your reps stop spending 20 minutes digging through tabs.
Call prep and account briefs
Team enablement
Claude set up for your team's actual jobs: shared projects, prompt libraries and documented workflows, so the seats you're paying for get used.
CRM cleanup
Duplicates merged, fields standardized, missing data filled in. This is the unglamorous fix that makes every other automation work.
*If the process or data underneath is a mess, I fix that first. AI runs a broken process faster.
Internal knowledge assistant
The questions your team keeps asking the same few people, answered from your own SOPs and pricing.
Monthly reporting
The export, clean and pivot routine turned into a repeatable workflow, with a plain-English summary on top of the numbers.
Claude + Salesforce
Your reps work in Claude, and Salesforce comes with them. They can ask which deals are slipping, pull up an account before a call, log their notes and update close dates without switching tabs. I set it up, clean the data it reads from and shape it around how your team actually sells.
How it works
1
Scope
We pick the one number that defines success (hours per proposal, lead response time) and agree on a fixed price.
2
Build
I build in your stack. Usually that's Claude, your CRM and sometimes a connector like n8n or Zapier to tie them together. You see it working early and often.
3
Hand Off
Documentation and training for the people who'll use it every day.
4
Check in
30 days after launch we measure the number we agreed on.
What you get
A working workflow inside your existing tools
A before-and-after on the number we picked
Documentation any developer can pick up
Training for your team
A 30-day check-in
Most builds ship in 2 to 6 weeks.
Pricing
Fixed scope, fixed price. Never hourly. Projects start at $2,000. We price against the hours it gives back. If a fix saves your team 5 hours a week, you'll know what that's worth before we start.
Not sure what to build yet?
Start with the Time Wealth Audit. You'll get a ranked plan, and anything on it can become an implementation project.
Common questions
-
No. If you know what you need, we scope it and build it. If scoping turns up something bigger, I'll tell you and recommend the audit.
-
I work in whatever CRM and software you already run. I don't resell software, so I have no reason to push you onto a new platform.
-
I do. If a project needs a specialist, I bring in someone I trust from my network and you'll know before we start.
